**Carpenter/Framer**

The Donnlyn Group is a fast growing construction company, seeking experienced Skilled Construction Trades and General Labourers to join our team in Bracebridge, ON.

We are looking for experienced skilled carpenters and framers. This position is full time, and requires a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites. You must have experience in renovations including but not limited to basic carpentry, framing, trim, painting, finishing and other specialized processes as required.

Wages are based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all duties assigned at the job site
- Duties vary based on position, but include: demo, disposal, framing, putting up, painting, finishing, installing flooring, indoor renovations, building decks/fences, additions, general labour, etc.
- Maintain a professional appearance of work vehicles and equipment
- Complete all assigned work in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain a professional attitude towards fellow employees and clients
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, co-workers, and other employees
- Update site manager on work completed

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience (required)
- Strong carpentry skills, general trades skills, and interior finishing experience
- Ability to multitask and work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40-50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
