Landscape Foreman/woman

Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, we are dedicated to creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that complement the stunning landscapes of our region. We specialize in landscape design, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Foreman will lead a crew in various landscaping projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a crew of landscapers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee all aspects of landscape installation, including planting, irrigation, hardscaping, and sodding
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed on site
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns
- Train new crew members and provide guidance and support as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for outdoor activities and a love for the natural beauty of Squamish, BC
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
