Brand Ambassador

**Schedule**: Part-Time (Two Days a Week, On-Site)

**Company Overview**: We are a thriving dental practice committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We recognize the importance of a strong presence in the community and are seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Ambassador - Community Engagement Specialist to join our team.

**Position Overview**: Are you a marketing enthusiast with a talent for building connections and driving results? Do you enjoy being out in the field, knocking on doors, and representing a reputable dental practice? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you As our Brand Ambassador - Community Engagement Specialist, your primary focus will be to engage with local residents and businesses to attract new dental patients and boost our practice's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our dental practice's visibility.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in the local community to promote our dental practice and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with potential patients.
- Act as a brand advocate, embodying our commitment to high-quality dental care.
- Gather feedback and insights from the community to refine our marketing approach.
- Develop creative strategies for patient acquisition.
- Achieve and exceed patient growth targets through effective networking and relationship-building.

**Requirements**:
*Previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Knowledge of the dental industry and market trends is beneficial
- Background and experience in marketing and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with people and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the community (door-to-door communications is a requirement).
- Outgoing and charismatic personality with a passion for our dental practice.
- Previous experience in sales or community engagement is a plus.

**Compensation**: We value the contributions of our team members and offer competitive compensation for this role:

- $20 per hour plus a generous bonus structure tied to patient growth.
