Csn Body Shop Receptionist

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers at the body shop. This key position is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and other administrative functions as assigned. The Receptionist will be passionate about creating a professional relationship with the customer with the objective to create Brand and body shop loyalty.
The Receptionist is excellent at multi-tasking and is able to answer phones promptly and then return to prior task once the call is complete. Their strongest capabilities include being organized and reliable while continuously working to create a welcoming environment for customers. The Receptionist must be a team player to ensure the proper employees are notified when a customer enters the body shop.
Administrative procedures are always followed appropriately by the Receptionist. Professional attire and grooming is required at all times.
**Job Duties**
- Provide customer service, accepting payments or providing refunds
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
- Monitor review links sent to customers and ensure we meet our yearly objective
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
- Answer and manage inbound telephone inquiries.
- Ensure adequate supplies of office stationery, general office supplies, office furniture, and other equipment.
- Provide support to the sales and/or marketing teams
- Ensure the office facilities are in compliance with safety regulations, such as local fire codes, handicap access, other laws.
- Invoice insurance companies as per direction form Ted
- Other related duties and required or assigned

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Excellent customer service skills including superb telephone demeanor with active listening.
- Organized with an attention to detail and strong ability to prioritize.
- Flexible and open to change; initiative to take on special tasks as needed.
- Ability to manage customer complaints and to solve difficult or complex problems.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in customer service..
- Experience in Reception in a body shop environment would be an asset.
