Maître D'

Hotel Grand Pacific is looking for another Maître D’ to join our highly acclaimed Fathom Restaurant. We offer patrons an exceptional dining experience in an elegant setting.

**Duties**:

- Welcome and seat patrons according to company standards
- Help with expo duties
- Assist servers as needed with setting and bussing tables
- Monitor food & beverage orders for quality, consistency and presentation
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years' serving experience in a fine-dining restaurant
- Food Safe and Serving It Right Certificates required
- Advanced knowledge of Squirrel POS
- Thorough knowledge of local and import wines preferred
- Personable demeanour and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain professional personal presentation at all times

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.84 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 29 per week
