Product Sampler

**Juicing Sampler for Grocery & Wellness Stores**

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Juicing Sampler for our Sprout Therapy brand. As a Juicing Sampler, you will have the exciting opportunity to introduce customers to our fresh and delicious juices, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and encouraging them to incorporate our products into their daily routine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys engaging with customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain a designated sampling station in the visiting store.
- Serve samples of our various fresh juices to customers.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering any questions they may have about our products.
- Educate customers on the benefits of juicing and the nutritional value of our juices.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers.
- Keep track of customer feedback and report any trends or suggestions to your manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling station, following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cold temperature of the product
- Assist with restocking and inventory management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for health and wellness, with knowledge of juicing and its benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and promote our products in a friendly and informative manner.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or retail.
- Knowledge of different juicing recipes and ingredients.
- Strong English communication

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
