L’analyste comptabilité financière joue un rôle comptable au sein de l’équipe de comptabilité financière supportant principalement les opérations Canadiennes.

En quoi consiste ce rôle:
- Participe au processus comptable courant de l’équipe de comptabilité financière et à la fermeture des livres à chaque fin de période.- Prépare des conciliations et analyses diverses (conciliations de banques, soldes et transactions inter-compagnies, comptes de bilan et résultats).- Participe à la coordination du paiement des taxes foncières pour les divers sites d’Agropur et fait le suivi des frais payés d’avance y étant associés.- Participe à la préparation d’analyses de comptes de bilan ainsi qu’à la collecte, au suivi et à la revue des analyses produites par les autres départements (recevables, payables, inventaires, paie).- Participe au processus budgétaire, particulièrement en ce qui a trait à la collection, compilation et gestion des données à l’aide d’un outil de gestion budgétaire centralisé. Il agit aussi comme super-usager et support aux multiples gestionnaires participant au processus budgétaire.- Participe à la production des rapports mensuels, analyses et suivi des frais des centres de coût centralisés d’Agropur Canada, particulièrement ceux des ventes, marketing, incluant la préparation et la distribution de rapports divers pour les gestionnaires des centres de coûts à des fins de suivi budgétaire.- Supporte les équipes des ventes, marketing et certains autres centres de coûts centralisés en ce qui a trait au suivi des projets, prise de courus et autres besoins comptables.- Supporte le processus d’enregistrement et de suivi des dons et commandites.- Participe à la production des livrables de fin d’année en ce qui a trait à la vérification externe, à la production d’information comptable en support aux déclarations fiscales, aux notes des états financiers et au dossier de l’assemblée annuelle.- Apporte un support à l’équipe des immobilisations et à l’équipe du siège social selon les besoins.- Participe à d'autres projets connexes, selon les besoins de l’équipe élargie de comptabilité financière et de comptabilité analytique.
Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe:
- Détenir un BAC en administration des affaires (comptabilité) ou un diplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité combiné à une expérience pertinente.- Titre comptable reconnu (CPA), ou en voie d’obtention.- 1 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, préférablement dans un secteur manufacturier.- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, parlés et écrits.- Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques, dont Excel avancé.- Familier avec des systèmes financiers tel Oracle, SAP (un atout).
