Junior Associate:Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Associate to join our team. As a Junior Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the Wealth Management and Insurance industry.

**Duties**:
New account and client onboarding

Input client details and basic financial planning

Updating of CRM tool

Booking meetings for Advisors

Proactively servicing clients and responding to queries

New client document preparation

Day to day work flow

Regularly communicate with our Investment management team

Regular communication and follow up with insurance carriers

Qualifications:

- Ideal to have Bachelors degree or working towards
- 1 year experience in Wealth management or insurance fields
- The desire to pursue industry licenses/designations such as CFP

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- related industry: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Red Deer, AB T4N 1S1 (required)
