Superintendent(s) required for a 30 unit apartment building in Winnipeg. Living on site is a requirement.

Duties include but not limited to leasing, cleaning, liaison with tenants, work orders, landscaping, snow removal and general maintenance.

Remuneration includes a salary and suite benefit. Both couples and individuals are welcome to apply.
