We need a dedicated crew of seasonal part time callers to book appointments for our proir clients and who are hard-wired to give every client a customer service experience they will rave about. Our part time callers are responsible for making great first impressions on our clients, communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. They book appointments and engage clients like the client-focused rockstars they are. Making our clients feel special and important is what motivates over 80% of our part time callers and tax professionals to come back year after year.
