The Faculty of Social & Community Services (FSCS) is one of six faculties within the larger Humber College Community with our focus being on Criminal Justice Services and Human Services. **Position Title**:Placement Advisor

**Status**:FT Support

**Hours**:35 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**:Faculty of Social & Community Services

**Campus/Location**:Lakeshore Campus but currently operating in a hybrid arrangement.

**Salary**:Payband G**:$30.87 - $35.77

**What you will do**:
**What you bring to the role**:

- Four (4) year degree or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: human resources, counseling, recruitment or employment services, which demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision are essential
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, exercise good judgment, work with interruptions, and resolve conflicts
- Must be able to strategize in how to guide students, research new employment opportunities, create marketing materials, liaise between employers and students and plan placement networking events
