Through our digital platform and repair financing product, customers in Canada can convert their total repair bill into easy monthly payments. Our team is dedicated to highest level of client care and operational excellence.

**GROWING OUR TEAM**

We are looking for high-energy, positive and friendly people to join our team as a virtual service advisor. You will provide an exceptional experience in assisting our customers in extending the useful life of their vehicle with proper maintenance and repairs.

We are a rapidly growing company looking for entrepreneurial self-starters interested in a position that will advance into leadership and management positions.

This person works with a sense of urgency and excitement and aims to go above and beyond for our clients and other team members.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Receive online requests and provides quotes and information in a timely manner
- Work within a team to answer calls and communicate to customers
- Communicate and book appointments with Service Providers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Assist in collecting documentation and verifying approval amounts
- Use software to manage appointments, build work orders and order parts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Strong command of oral and written English language
- Professional and clear speaking voice
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- OSSD Graduate
- Ability to work on location
