Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager to our Dixon Location (55 reading court Etobicoke Ontario). The Assistant Manager will be responsible for our seeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring memorable dining experience for our guest, managing inventory and budgets, and training and mentoring staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in restaurant operations and management experience in a full-scale restaurant
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Food Service Handing Certificate is preferred
