**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide prompt and professional Tier 1 support for (but not limited to) Office 365, Zendesk, Windows, Polycom VOIP, OpenPath access control, and Altassian apps.
- Act as the SME for all ProducePro ERP inquiries from staff.
- Set up EDI integrations with customers and trading partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Maintain database of all company IT assets.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all staff members.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.
- Establish metrics to demonstrate IT SLA is meeting business and security objectives, and leverage as source for continuous improvements.
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing end-user support.
- Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware.
- Strong understanding of EDI protocols.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP phone systems and security systems.
- Experience with MDM software such as Soti Mobicontrol.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Valid ON Driver’s License is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn.
- Knowledge of VPN concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and password reset tools.
- Basic understanding of Virtual Machines.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
