**ABOUT OUR OPERATION**

The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation).

**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Resource Estimation Coordinator, you will be part of the Technical Services Geology Department. You will play a key role in the efficiency of the reserves and resources estimation processes. You will encounter a wide range of challenges, while being at the forefront of new methodologies and having a direct impact on the development of the company.
- Provide technical support to resource geologists for data processing, 3D modeling, and the resource and reserve estimation processes;
- Provide technical support to other divisions for specific geology-related operational tools;
- Support standardization of estimation processes across the company;
- Improve processes (innovation, new tools, etc.);
- Support geoscience database administrators;
- Assist in the preparation of figures for various reports.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- A college diploma (DEC) in mining geology technology, or other relevant training;
- A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in the mining field, or any other relevant experience, including internships;
- Knowledge of databases (Access, SQL);
- 3D visualization skills;
- Experience in resource estimation and geostatistics is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of software such as Datamine and Leapfrog is considered an asset;
- Computer programming language skills is considered an asset;
- Willing to travel between divisions;
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in French;
- Proficiency in the use of the English language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language;
- Commitment to confidentiality, quality of work and results.

**Your Work Schedule**
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5-2-4-3 schedule;
- Workplace: Possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Preissac, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto. There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting.
