The role of the Office Manager is to provide support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities and asset management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent
- Experience providing administrative and financial support services in an office setting.
- Experience leading others.

**Preference may be given to applicants who have the following**:

- Experience in supervising and scheduling staff, allocating duties, managing employee performance and delivering training.
- 6 months or more of recent supervisory experience within the last 5 years.
- Experience managing a multi disciplinary program office.
- Experience working with vulnerable children, families and caregivers or in the Social Service Sector.

**Willingness Statements**:

- Must possess and maintain a valid BC Class 5 (full) driver’s licence. Learners “L” or Novice “N” does not meet the requirements.
- Must be willing to travel to support other offices within the service delivery area. This travel may include overnight stays.
- May be required to use own vehicle, with appropriate insurance coverage, on an expense account basis.

There is currently 1 temporary opportunity available until October 31, 2023, in Kamloops. This temporary opportunity may be extended or become permanent.
