**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
Reporting directly to the Owner/Manager/Primary Key Holder, a part time Key Holder will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, with a focus on customer service & consignment intake. Responsibilities include receiving consignment, as well as providing exceptional customer service, while adhering to the needs of an ever changing retail environment. Other duties will include assisting with social media and website management.
- A **minimum of 2 years experience in retail**.
- A love of children is necessary, knowledge of children’s clothing and products is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to **work as a member of a team and independently**. Follow policy but have the ability to manage your time across various tasks, learn with mínimal direction, and have confidence in your decision making skills.
- Ability to be adaptable to change and helping to advance our business forward through accountability, taking initiative, dependability, critical thinking skills and strong work ethic.
- **Tech savvy**. Ability to quickly learn new technology, and comfort with creating social media content, **being visible on our social media platforms in demo videos and IG stories **and engaging with our social media accounts
- Ability to maintain excellent communication and resolution skills to respond to customer/consignor feedback, while under pressure and with a sense of urgency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to reach, climb stairs, lift and move boxes & bags up to 50 lb ( 23 kg)
- Standing for long periods of time.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
