Fine Carpentry Finisher

**Job description**
Pristine Contracting is looking for a Fine Finisher who has 5 -10+ years’ experience in the installation of trim, wainscoting, caulking, cabinets, etc. Our projects are physically demanding, and require physically fit and motivated individuals. **Serious applicants ONLY**

With a large database of contractors, each renovation is completed with a broad array of skills; including, masonry, landscaping, stone work, architecture, carpentry and design. **Skills**:*
- Building and assembly of doors, trim, wainscoting, cabinets, range hoods, etc.
- Preparing and installing caulking, cabinets baseboard, molding, crowning molding, hardware, fine adjustments to client etc.
- Prep sanding, staining cabinetry components with a stronger attention to detail required.
- Must have high attention to detail, positive attitude, and good communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ pounds

**Requirements**:*
- Minimum of 5-10+ years’ experience in interlock work
- Able to work in the Durham Region area
- Attention to detail is required in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, performing a variety of finishing tasks relatively independently and as part of the finishing department team.
- Must provide your own transportation to and from job sites
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both as part of a team and individually
- Responsible, reliable, and passionate of the industry
- Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail, and a desire to learn and grow with us.
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a team setting with fellow co-workers and tradesmen
- Must have your own tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
