Job description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our IT Technical Specialist team in Montreal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as IT Technical Specialist.

**Your main responsibilities**:
Solves complex infrastructure problems, assesses the impact of certain problems and contributes to solutions by developing knowledge base systems for infrastructure management that can be reused by other teams and departments.
Specifically, you will manage the non-production, Prep and PROD environments on Delphix for D&A development teams to ensure integrity, security and quality.
You will provide first level support for operational incidents related to environments and tools such as Delphix, Oracle, Informatica Power Center, IICS and others
You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes by contributing ideas, best practices, improved processes in a new agile approach (DEVOPS)
You will partner with D&A development teams to implement and support the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes
You will ensure the monitoring and enforcement of current security processes
You will participate in the improvement of key data quality processes to execute them with simplicity, speed, quality and efficiency.
You will support the organization's production processes related to data warehouses

**Qualifications**:
Your 10+ years of experience in a production support environment
A degree in information systems or other related field.
IICS is required
Oracle 19C, 12
PL/SQL
UNIX, Linux
Windows
Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
