Terrace is looking for someone to help maintain, organize and clean our shop and equipment. Your contribution as shop helper is integral to the success of our field team. As shop helper, you are tasked with keeping things in order, maintained and organized for field team members. No technical skills are necessary, just key core values and a knack for organization and order.

**This Role Is For You If**:

- You want to face new challenges, and get your foot in the door of construction and heavy hauling / equipment operating

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Class 5 driver’s license
- Eligible to work in Canada (no restrictions)
- Willing to work OT (10+hrs)

**Nice To Have**:

- Welding experience
- Mechanical Experience
- Class 3 license with Air endorsement

**About Terrace Property Maintenance**:
We are a fast-growing company that provides commercial property maintenance, snow clearing, power sweeping, grading, excavation and hauling services. We believe in serving our clients with an unmatched level of customer service through communication and consistency.

Terrace Property Maintenance is now just over seven years old and growing rapidly having served over 3000 clients to date. The steady growth of new clientele paired with our maintenance contracts has led to the need for additional staff. We are looking to onboard people who will work collaboratively with our team to accomplish a common goal.
