THE OPPORTUNITY

With exciting new opportunities and partnerships, Impact is seeking an **Industrial Instrumentation Journeyperson,** to join our Industrial & Mining Team, to work on the exciting projects throughout Saskatchewan. The Journeyperson will oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of various instrumentation and controls systems used in mining operations; calibration and commissioning of equipment; troubleshooting any issues that arise and recommending solutions; completing safety documentation and sign-offs daily; and leading and teaching Team Members as they learn the instrumentation trade.

Our team would love to hear from you if you have:

- Hold a valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification as an Instrumentation Tech or a Certificate or Diploma in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Instrumentation Tech in an Industrial setting, preferably in mining
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of appropriate materials. Methods and tools required
- Experience operating specialized tools and equipment
- A willingness and eagerness to learn new skills, be great and grow
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A safety advocate
- Willing to work away from home for periods of time
- Complete a Driver’s Abstract Check, Criminal Record Check and 9-Panel Drug & Alcohol Test, upon employment and as required

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 84 per week

**Experience**:

- Instrumentation Tech: 3 years (required)
- Industrial: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Instrumentation Red Seal (preferred)
- Instrumentation Technology Certificate (preferred)
