**Temporary Full-Time**
**(Anticipated end date January 4, 2024)**

We are seeking a highly motivated Plan Checker to join our Community Planning team on a temporary full
- time basis This position involves performing technical and administrative work in addition to providing information services to the public on Building & Plumbing Code requirements.

**_Key Responsibilities include:_**
- Communicating design and construction deficiencies to architects, engineers, designers and project managers and ensuring steps are taken to correct such items.
- Inspecting work in progress at intervals sufficient to ensure work is done in compliance with the approved design.
