**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications
- Calculate the required type and amount of materials
- Use measuring tools to create layouts
- Ensure layouts meet building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials
- Erect foundations, put up walls, and roof systemsLay sub-flooring and build footings and molds for concreteInstall doors, stairs, moulding, and hardware
- Maintain a clean and organized workspaceFollow safety protocols and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Note: As an intern, the role does not require supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
