**Role overview**:
We are seeking a passionate **VMWare Horizon VDI** to join our growing and dynamic team This role will be for Cognizant's Infrastructure practice.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work on DTD operations of On-prem VDI with mínimal to no assistance.
- Work on DTD incidents and request to support EUC operations.
- Work on documentation and KB creation for helpdesk for better support experience.
- Help the team for migration of users to Horizon on Azure.
- Work with team to document, Architectural, operations on HCOA.
- Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting VDI issues and work with internal teams to get to resolution.

**What you bring to the role**:
Skills Required
- Expertise in V 7.x/8.x
- Expertise in VMware horizon on Azure 8.x
- Expertise in App Volumes 4.x
- Expertise in Thin app 5.x
- Expertise in Hardware, Cisco UCS,
- Expertise in Microsoft RDSH 23xx
- Expertise in Workspace one.
