Hospitality and Marketing Manager

**Areas for Responsibilities include**:
**Retail Management**:
Management of day-to-day retail store operations including:
- Lead retail team. Providing exceptional customer service and memorable hospitality to all visitors
- Build retail team: Hire, train and oversee the team based on seasonal requirements. Ensure all retail staff are trained properly on sales and service techniques and operational procedures
- Develop and elevate the visitor experience with new and improved offerings
- Develop non-wine revenue steam to enhance product offerings
- Manage inventory of cheeses and other food products in the Cheese Cellar
- Offer unique, personalized experiences for tour companies and their visitors
- Point of contact for brand owners to plan tastings, events, product launches and staff training sessions
**Wine Club/Cheese Club**
- Build wine club/cheese club program and manage all new/active member profiles. Be the First point of contact for all members, including fulfilling special requests, bookings and tastings, responding to information requests, and assisting club members with winery visits
- Execute the full wine club cycle from planning programming, wines and events to collecting and order processing.
**Marketing Management**
- Events - conceptualize, develop and execute onsite, offsite events and third-party events. Respond to all event inquiries. Market events
- Social Media: Maintain the Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts for both NCCS and Stoney Ridge Estate Winery. Weekly duties include: Create and schedule content for all platforms, Manage customer interactions as the first point of contact for NCCS and respond to comments and direct messages, create photos, videos and graphics with design software
**Website**
- Manage website sales, back office (shipping options, site wide messages, inventory, etc.), and reservation system.
- Be the first point of contact for all online customer inquiries/issues
- Update new products, events, winery updates and create sales and unique product offerings
- Evaluate and optimize online shopping experience and pricing strategies
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
