Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Create and update drink menus based on customer preferences and trends
- Conduct interviews and hire new bartenders as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry or restaurant management is required
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when necessary
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in food safety or bartending is a plus
