**Name and description of the hiring department**:
This individual is responsible of broadcasting and uploading on TVC9, community TV channel of Cablevision. He is responsible of the integrity of the content broadcast on TV channel and Web.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs programming for community TV
- Operate the console and the broadcasting software
- Organize the reception and sending of files with content providers, internal and external
- Creates the schedule and schedules the broadcasting of the programs
- Exports weekly statistical reports on the content of the platform
- Prepares broadcasting schedules and repeats for each season
- Take steps to obtain regional interludes
- Archiving and ranking of programs
- Coordinates the various elements of the schedule: broadcasts, bulletin board, interludes
- Ensures the availability of the broadcasting equipment; take the necessary steps to ensure that all elements are present and compliant
- View for approval, recommend acceptance or rejection, propose and track changes (quality control)
- Develop and monitor technical standards
- Inform the manager and communicate any changes or information relevant to the broadcast.
- Writes reports of any type of irregularity and notifies the people concerned
- Participates, as required, in reviewing operating procedures and technical standards
- Upload, classify and organize content on Vimeo
- Created and maintained a database of program content and stakeholders met
- Ensures that the schedule is updated on television and on the web
- Informs sporadic contributors and producers of broadcast
- Scans and classifies video archives
- Responds to different requests for information regarding program broadcasts
- Supports the IT team to provide assistance as needed
- Performs related work that will be required

- Have a sense of organization and priorities, commitment, autonomy and initiative
- Ease of working in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong time management skills
- Creative and technical skills
- Have a constant concern for quality and an interest in improving his self
- Meticulous, attention to detail and rigor
- Excellent French writing
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of technological tools
- Knowledge of Maestro Vision waveguide software
