Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oyster Shucker to join our team. As an Oyster Shucker, you will be responsible for preparing and shucking oysters in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have a passion for seafood and previous experience as a shucker, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Shuck oysters using proper techniques and tools
- Ensure all oysters are fresh and of high quality
- Clean oysters before shucking
- Prepare oysters for various dishes and presentations
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service industry
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for shucking oysters
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
