Our team at Richcraft is seeking experienced individuals to work on our projects.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Clean units under construction both inside and out
- Maintain cleanliness by removing all excess garbage
- Performs tasks including drywall patching, paint touch-ups, and caulking
- Performs intense physical labour on a daily basis

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required
