Spray Painter

Job description

Sticky Media is currently seeking a finisher who possesses the necessary skills as an industrial painter in our signage & mill-work departments. We specialize in large format digital printing, displays, signage and lettering. We are looking for skilled, hard-working individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepping parts for paint process include sanding, solvent cleaning, masking, hanging, etc.

Painting and finishing tasks would include product mixing as required, spraying stains, sealers, topcoats, primers and paint by spray or by brush.

Operating machinery in compliance with regulations

Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures

Experience and Qualifications:
Manual dexterity, attention to detail

Team player

Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.

Must be able to stay on task with mínimal supervision

Follow all safety rules and practices

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts

Fluency in English and/or French

Wage will depend on experience,
