- Strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, Azure DevOps, and Azure cloud services.

- Proficiency in handling Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience with incident response tools and methodologies.
- Experience conducting risk assessments.
- Thorough documentation of security protocols, policies, procedures, and DevSecOps processes.
- Expertise in implementing proactive security measures, including threat modeling, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Experience managing and responding to client security questionnaires.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and develop the DevSecOps team.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in security and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Create the DevSecOps team and build a new DevSecOps culture.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards using tools like Azure Security Center and SecurityScorecard.
- Manage and respond to client security questionnaires.
- Lead and mentor the DevSecOps team, providing guidance on best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement proactive security measures to prevent incidents.
- Document all security protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate collaboration between development, security, and operations teams.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and lead incident response efforts.
- Generate reports on security posture, compliance status, and performance metrics.
- Evaluate and select tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, oversee Azure infrastructure, and establish performance metrics using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Develop and maintain a security roadmap, regularly reviewing and updating it.
- Stay updated with the latest DevSecOps trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the organization's processes.
