**Hair Stylist/ Salon Manager**

Coiffure Sylvie Mode is looking for a talented and experienced hair stylist who can also take on a managerial role after a probation period. You will be responsible for providing high-quality and personalized hair services to our clients, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the salon. You will also be expected to contribute to the growth and success of the salon by attracting new customers, retaining existing ones, and expanding our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hair services, such as cuts, colors, extensions, and treatments, according to the clients’ preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their expectations and provide professional advice on hair care and styling
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following health and safety regulations
- Manage the salon’s inventory, supplies, equipment, and budget
- Promote the salon’s services and products, using effective marketing strategies and techniques
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience as a hair stylist in a reputable salon
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creativity, passion, and attention to detail
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
