GPD is based out of Winnipeg Manitoba. GPD specializes in flat roofing and provides premium services for residential and commercial roofing needs.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of roof installations. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for construction to join a dynamic and growing team.

**Qualification**:

- Valid driver's lisence
- 5-10 years of roofing experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned equipment, tools and a 4-5 man crew
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a crew engaged in roofing installation, maintenance, and repair of structures and equipment to achieve significant improvements in their productivity.
- Install new flat roof material, include but not limit to, Single Ply, PVC, TPO and EPDM according to manufacturers warranties.
- Train new workers in safety procedures and job duties.
- Schedule and assign work to employees
- Input & edit timesheets
- Structure and maintain a safe working environment according to MB regulations

**Salary**: $40.00-$44.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- roofing: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
