This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our newest and fastest growing divisions - Spring Mortgage Group. Our brokerage is licensed in Ontario, BC and Alberta, offering an entire range of home financing products for all credit scores and situations. This is a perfect position for someone just starting out and wanting to get experience in the industry.

**What you will be doing**:
In this position you'll be working one-on-one with a seasoned Mortgage Broker to master the entire mortgage process. You’ll get hands on experience seeing how files are acquired, approved and funded by our major banks and investment partners. You’ll receive daily mentorship while completing the following tasks:

- Shadowing/making outbound calls, assisting in collecting documents, brainstorming mortgage solutions and helping clients through the mortgage approval process
- Learning how a mortgage is underwritten (for Prime, Alternative and Private files)
- Organizing files, documents and preparing contracts

**Desired skills and abilities**:
To be successful, you will need to embrace this role and learn every day (with plenty of help). The following should describe you well:

- Able to learn sales skills and build relationships remotely
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
