Veterinary Practice Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the practice.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Monitor performance metrics and develop plans to improve performance.
- Develop budgets and monitor spending.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
