Labourer, Yard Maintenance

**Job Summary**:
Northplex Ltd. is currently seeking a Full Time **Labourer, Yard Maintenance** located in Barrhead, AB. This position is accountable for the maintenance, cleanliness and organization of the yard and the facility.

**Position Accountabilities**:

- Focus on cleanliness of the yard and equipment
- Moving materials and equipment around yard
- Load and unload materials with a loader as well as by hand
- Yard and property maintenance; responsible for maintaining the yard as well as the inventory located on the property
- Assisting in pulling houses out of the plant
- Assisting stockyard to putting away materials
- Unload incoming materials on trailers
- Organized and be able to multi-task simultaneously
- Must be experienced in operating a Zoom Boom
- Must be experienced in operating a front loader
- Must be experienced in operating a Forklift
- Some Mechanics experience required
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Position Knowledge, Skills, & Experience**:

- Valid Driver License
- Equipment operation experience is an asset
- Highly organized, good work ethic, willing to learn, and good attendance
- Team-player with good attitude
- Must be able to lift up to a max of 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Proven ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety procedures
