Job Description**

We are looking for a software designer / architect to deign enhancements to our existing HRIS software.

We want to enhance the following modules
- Workflow
- Health and Safety
- Recruitment and Applicant Tracking
- Succession Planning and
- Other features and functions
- Have knowledge of HR requirements for US and Canadian HRIS
- Be able to develop and define requirements, user stories an use cases as a typical user would use the software functions
- Be able to define what data or information would be required
- Draw up specifications for the developers.
- Define user interface and reports

This is not a full time position. We are looking at this as an ad hoc project
