Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in providing HR support. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefit management, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development
- Conduct data entry and generate reports using HR software systems
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Provide administrative support to the other departments as needed

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems for data entry and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
