Rydel Montreal is currently looking to hire multiple Field Marketing Representatives. We are looking for highly motivated inviduals with elite communication skills to be the first contact point with our customers. The main objective of the role is to help our sales reps by setting up appointments for them. This is accomplished by talking with select homeowners who require roof replacement or repair throughout the West Island. This position can be extremely financially rewarding for individuals who are outgoing, competitive and results oriented. It is not your average minimum wage job, you will be REWARDED for your performance and hard work. If you typically enjoy earning a fixed wage for a minimum amount of work this is NOT the job for you. There are also management and full time sales opportunities available for those who excel and prove to be exceptional.
- Promote our services to homeowners throughout the West Island
- Market our services in local neighbourhoods with word of mouth and flyers
- Attend trades shows to discuss our services with homeowners
- Keep accurate records of conversations with homeowners
- Update company app with daily results
- Work with a group of motivated individuals or alone based on preference
- Work takes place outside regardless of weather conditions (COLD + SNOW)
- Competitive wage with bonus pay based on results
- Starting wage of $20/hr with up to $25 an hour including bonus pay
- Flexible schedule (10-15hrs per week) with average shift time of 3 hours
- Sales or marketing experience is an asset but not required
- ALL TRAINING PROVIDED

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-15 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
