Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PC Technician to join our IT team. As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in computer systems and IT support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform software installations, updates, and patches
- Assist with computer upgrades and migrations
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Conduct system diagnostics to identify and resolve problems
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10)
- Familiarity with Jira ticketing system for issue tracking
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
- Experience in help desk support and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of IT support best practices and procedures
- Understanding of computer networking concepts
- Familiarity with MacOS is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
