Job Duties:

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments
- Manage the daily appointment schedule including patient check-in, updating dental providers on patient status (ie. on-time/early/late), reviewing timeliness of appointment completion, and reporting service delays to Office Manager
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and families that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression
- Build patient relationship through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient issues promptly
- Review the patients health and medical history and determine their goals for treatment
- Review treatment plans with the patient and use the available tools to educate them on the available options. (Videos, power-point, pictures, brochures, etc.).
- Generate correspondence from initial consultation and recall examinations for the referring dentist.
- Follow up with patients who are ready to start treatment.
- Act as a liaison between the doctor and any other dental specialists or general practitioner.
- Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

- Must be available 1 Evening per Week
- Must be available 1 Saturday per Month

- Detail oriented - take pride in the quality of work
- Good organizational and time management skills
