Aquatic Manager

**AQUATIC MANAGER**

The City of Martensville has one (1) opening for a** seasonal Aquatic Manager**.

Reporting to the Director of Recreation and Community Services, this position is an administrative and supervisory position responsible for the following for the aquatic facilities:

- Hiring of staff
- Activity scheduling
- Program development and implementation

Duration:

- **May 1 through August 2023**

Hours:

- May**:15 - 20 hours per week**:

- June - Aug.**:Full-time**
- Wage Rate: As per Local CUPE Collective Agreement.
- Starting**:$23.39** / hour; After 1 year of Service**:$25.87** / hour

**Requirements**:

- Previous supervisory experience is required; aquatic supervisory experience is desirable.
- Applicants must be able to start full-time summer employment June 1, 2023, and be available for evening and weekend work.
