**Job Summary**:
Executive Hotels & Resorts is a Vancouver based hotel branding, management and development company with roots in the Vancouver area for more than 25 years. The company’s primary business is the management and marketing of four-star hotels and resorts under the Executive Hotels and Resorts brand across Canada and the United States. Currently there are 13 hotels with several new ongoing projects.

We are looking for a passionate, people oriented, results-driven, sharp, self-motivated **Cluster Talent & Culture Manager **to oversee three hotels in Vancouver: The EXchange Hotel, Hotel Le Soleil & Seaside Hotel.

**Based at the EXchange Hotel**, you will report to the Director of Human Resources at Corporate Office and work closely with the Regional General Manager to focus on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively involved in the recruiting process for all Hotel positions
- Develop and deliver in-house trainings, including onboarding & safety trainings
- Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation across all three hotels
- Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of various associate relations programs and events
- Update and implement company/hotel policies and procedures and ensure all employees are aware and comply
- Assist department leaders in addressing employee concerns/complaints and conduct investigations as necessary
- Assist department leaders in managing performance and the progressive discipline process
- Ensure all health and safety standards and procedures are followed by all employees
- Other duties as required

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Work experience as a HR manager in the hospitality industry
- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources Management and/or Hotel Management or related field
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal skills and demonstrated maturity
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
- Attention to detail required
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and data bases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
