We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our office in Innisfail. The role will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, corporate leadership team and office staff (including schedules, appointments, presentations, communications and legal interaction) - ensuring that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner.
- Assist the purchasing and accounting departments with various data entry projects, including data entry for creation for new product bill of materials (BOM’s).
- Establish and maintain files and records.
- Prepare reports - corporate safety reports, absenteeism reports, vacation reports.
- Assist the logistics department with arranging courier and vendor visits and site logs as needed.
- Assist with office organization (monitor supplies and equipment, and purchase supplies if/when necessary).
- Support all business areas of the company as needed.

- Assist the leadership team with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Support the Payroll Manager with biweekly payroll processing through Ceridian.
- Processing daily time sheets and attendance tracking, reporting to the Payroll Manager daily.
- Assist the Payroll Manager with benefits administration.
- Assist with time off requests.
- Assist HR Manager or Recruiter with performance and salary reviews.

- General sales support creating and sending customer quotes with the assistance of sales staff.
- Data entry in NetSuite sales CRM.
- Keeping track of outstanding quotes and coordinating timely follow ups with sales staff.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of Receptionist experience in a fabrication, steel, car dealership or farm equipment setting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
- Action oriented multi-tasker.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to prioritize own workload in order to complete several tasks efficiently.
- Desire to learn new skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
