**Requirements**:
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Education Degree, NWT Teacher Certification, and at least 5 years of teaching experience.
- An educational background or training in counselling or psychology
- Experience working with Indigenous youth
- Experience working in a high school or with high school students
- An understanding of high school graduation requirements
- The ability to work in a team environment
- An understanding of Powerschool and its programs
- A Master’s Degree in Counselling would be an asset
- The ability to speak French and English would be an asset
