The team at Exeter Family Dental is looking for an _exceptional_ **Dental Receptionist** to join the team. We are looking for a detail-oriented member who is passionate about providing the best patient care and excited to work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Our Front Desk is _vital_ in shaping the patient’s experience - from the first phone call to communicating on a regular basis about inquiries, upcoming appointments and/or payments. You not only love to interact with patients but also enjoy working behind the scenes to organize and execute the day-to-day office duties.
**SCOPE**:
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Scheduling appointments, handling sensitive patient information and answering inquiries in timely manner
- Sending insurance claims, processing and collecting payments
- Deliver effective communication to patients and team
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment for your team and patients
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in the role or dental office
- Experience with Tracker is an asset
- Valid CPR/First AID Certification
