**Research Assistant**:
**Main Functions**:

- Brewing operations on our 100L brewing system;
- Brewing system upkeep;
- Weekly laboratory upkeep;
- Setting up and taking part in beer and other alcoholic beverage sensory trials.

**Technical skills**:
Required
- Good laboratory hygiene
- Technical communication skills
- Experience with basic microbiological techniques and protocols, including aseptic handling of microorganisms
- Execution of experiments
- Routine laboratory sample collection and organization

- Previous sensory training
- Food Science or Brewery experience

**Personal abilities**:
Required
- Good organizational skills

- Fluency in both French and English
