As our next Operations Technician - Lead Hand, you’ll be at the forefront of troubleshooting automation equipment, including various robotic and CNC machines within the facility. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Maintain oversight over all Operations Technicians while managing accurate and timely completion of preventive and predictive tool and fixture check sheets.
- Accurate and timely completion of process input audit check lists for coolant, filtration, deburr, and wash systems.
- Audit and monitor machine set ups and tool changes.
- Train Operations and Production Technicians on the proper safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Assist the Supervisor, Quality, Engineer, Systems Technician, and Machine Operators in the resolution of set up or process control problems and maintain records of such process events in the machine logs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and teach automation equipment.
- Work in compliance with Stackpole FPS Quality Systems, Safety Systems & Environmental Systems.

What We’re Looking For:

- A technical degree/diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Certified to automotive systems and quality requirements based on ISO/IATF 16949 Operating Systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and teaching automation equipment.
