**Sommaire de l’emploi**:
Sous la responsabilité du directeur gestion de projet, **le spécialiste organisationnel **aura la responsabilité d’opérer et faire évoluer un bureau de projet (PMO) ainsi que gérer un portefeuille de projets.

**Votre mission**:

- Poursuivre l’implantation et opérer un bureau de projet
- Gérer un portefeuille de projets reliés à nos objectifs stratégiques
- Promouvoir et appliquer les meilleures pratiques en gestion de projet, gestion du changement et en efficacité opérationnelle
- Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion et les différents partenaires d’affaires

**Qualifications**:
Vous êtes:

- Expérimenté avec la mise en œuvre d’un PMO
- Passionné par la gestion de projets, l’efficacité opérationnelle et la gestion du changement
- Constamment à l’affut des nouvelles approches et tendances dans les domaines de l’efficacité opérationnelle, la gestion des projets et la gestion du changement
- Doté d’un esprit analytique, capable de tirer les conclusions d’une analyse et de bien les positionner
- Orienté résultats
- Bilingue - « **Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays ».**

Vous avez:

- Baccalauréat en génie, en gestion de projet dans un domaine pertinent ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience
- 5 ans d’expérience avec la mise en place et la gestion d’un bureau de projet
- 5-10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet
- Une connaissance et maîtrise des méthodologies, outils et meilleures pratiques en gestion de projet et en gestion du changement
- Une maîtrise de la suite de Microsoft Office et Asana
- Certification PMP ou PMI, un atout
- La capacité d’influencer, de mobiliser
- Leadership
- Excellente habileté de communication
- Une connaissance de l’industrie de l’assurance IARD
