**Overview**:
**We're a cleaning company that expects a rush of clients this summer.**

This is for residential cleaning and we will pay per cleaning. **You will be paid 60% of the total paid for the job.**

example - 1 bedroom/1 bath - total paid $145 - Cleaners make $145
- 60% = $87

**We typically send 2 person teams so extra points if A) You have someone nearby that would be interested B) At least one of you have a car.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
